It was very poor, first we were not allowed in the Stand even though there was some seats empty and then the halftime shambles when we was not allowed to shelter from the rain for 10 mins! One steward did say if the ballboys are ok with it we could stay, they were happy enough and then a jobsworth lady came steaming in and rudely chucked us out. As you say its a poor way to treat paying customers, especially with small kids.

At the moment the pyramid system is the topic on everybodies lips but after turning up at last night weather freak show is it not time that clubs turn their attention to provision of covered enclosure for us the paying fans.
Many fans last night simply left the game after a period due to the weather, some did not even bother going and stayed in the pub.
To cap it all Vale and Jags fans sheltering from the elements under the stand mostly children were asked to leave the stewards room which was basically empty.
Is this the way to teat the paying customer especially when they turn up in that terrible weather?
Cmon HFL clubs lets try a bit harder to provide facalities for the fans 1-Adequate cover from the elements and 2- suitable toilets or face either fans voting with their feet in staying away or dare I say it move to Summer football
Most of us could not care less about the pyramid system if we are asked to sit on a bus for 3 hrs then stand in that conditions, hate to say it but I for one will stay at home and watch sky
